Stop Gallbladder Pain Now...

Gallbladder pain has become a fairly commonplace occurrence due to the modern diet and lifestyle. The good news is that you can protect yourself against them and stop the pain of gallstones quickly, painlessly and without surgery.

The gallbladder is a small organ located directly under the liver. It acts as a bile reservoir; it concentrates bile which is secreted by the liver and is used by the body to digest fats.

If the liver is overloaded with toxins and saturated fats, the bile (which carries toxins and fats) will eventually inflame the gallbladder. When enough cholesterol deposits (from saturated fats) have formed, they crystallize with the bile to form gallstones.

If the gallbladder becomes inflamed, it can cause sever pain in the upper right abdomen, otherwise known as "gallbladder pain". More serious conditions can lead to fever, nausea and vomiting.  These symptoms often arise after the individual has eaten fried or fatty foods.  This condition must be treated immediately as it can be life threatening.

According to the peer reviewed medical journal Medical Hypotheses, the key to stopping and reversing gallbladder pain is to stop overloading the liver with toxins and saturated fats. Remember, cholesterol deposits from saturated fats cause gallstones, so avoiding saturated fats in your diet is the key.

Saturated fats do not exist in the vegetable kingdom.  They are only available in meat and dairy foods.  Therefore, "vegetarian diets offer protection against gallstones." Medical Hypotheses, 40(2), February 1993, p. 81-84

5 Tips to Stop Gallbladder Pain

These symptoms often arise after the individual has eaten fried or fatty foods. This condition must be treated immediately as it can be life threatening.

According to the peer reviewed medical journal Medical Hypotheses, the key to correcting gallbladder pain is to stop overloading the liver with toxins and saturated fats. Remember, cholesterol deposits from saturated fats cause gallstones, so avoiding saturated fats in your diet is the key. Saturated fats do not exist in the vegetable kingdom. 5 Simple Tips to stop Gallbladder Pain…

  1. In the morning, drink the gallbladder pain flush; 8 oz. Apple juice (or dilute with water), 3-6 cloves of raw organic garlic, 1-2 inches of raw organic ginger root, mix well in blender. This drink should help protect against Gallbladder Pain.
  2. Eat a well balanced diet of 50% raw foods and fresh juices, fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, and nuts/seeds. This low saturated fat, high fiber diet is a must for healing gallbladder disorders. Flaxseed oil is needed for repair and prevention of gallstones as it contains essential fatty acids. 3. Gallbladder attacks may be helped by an increased intake of natural Vitamin C. Replenish your vitamin C stores by eating plenty of vitamin C-rich fruits and vegetables on a daily basis. Good sources include peppers (red/green/yellow), oranges, strawberries, lemons, and broccoli. Medical Hypotheses, 40(2), February 1993, p. 81-84
  4. Herbal detoxification products may be helpful in stopping and preventing Gallbladder Pain. We suggest using formulas that use organic, whole herbs.
  5. All Animal Foods: dairy foods (milk, cheese, butter, cream, ice cream), fish, meat, chicken, turkey, eggs, fried and greasy foods, margarine, and all other processed foods and animal derived products from your diet. These foods are laced with chemicals, pesticides, and toxins as well as high levels of saturated fats which cause gallstones and gallbladder ailments.
